Request Data Deletion

We respect your right to control your data. You can request deletion of your personal data from Precise Influence at any time. We will process your request within 30 days and notify you by email when complete.

What gets deleted

Depending on the scope you select, deletion may include:

• Account data — Your profile, display name, bio, avatar, role, and all account settings
• Social platform data — Analytics, audience demographics, engagement metrics, and post samples imported from Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
• Ground-Truth Transaction Data — Raw transaction data captured via our server-to-server (S2S) integration will be anonymized (all personal identifiers including user ID permanently severed) and permanently retained solely for refining and training proprietary Audience DNA AI models and improving predictive forecasting. • Messages and communications — In-app messages, conversation history, and system notifications
• Campaign data — Campaign records, offers, deliverables, match scores, and performance and attribution metrics associated with your profile

Payment records processed by Stripe may be retained as required by financial regulations.

Fastest options

• If you have an account: The fastest way to delete your data is to log in and use Settings > Account > Delete Account.
• To disconnect a social platform: You can revoke access directly from Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube's app settings, or disconnect from your Precise Influence Settings page.
• For all other requests: Use the form below.
